Can't see the "Manage" menu in InstantMantis

I just installed InstantMantis in Windows XP Paralells session on my MacBook Pro. I con't see the Manage menu, just "Main | My View | View Issues | Report Issue | Change Log | Roadmap | Docs | My Account | Logout".
I need to set up projects, users, etc for a demo in 9 working hours. Please help

Seems that you are not logged in as an administrator or manager user
The links are available after a fresh install and logged in as user administrator

Thanks, I appreciate your responses. Did'nt get what you meant at first. Then I logged out and logged again using administrator/root and Bingo, there was the Manage menu!
