Mantis hangs when trying to add an Announcement

Hello,

Just want to say that Mantis is a great tool.
We are going to use it in our Office for Issue Tracking, and hope that we will get it to integrate with our CVS.

I have a question at this point:
Mantis hangs when I try to add an Announcement.
Would anyone have a clue here?

I'm running Mantis 1.0.0rc5, with the dutch language module active.
