PgSQL install problem

I get this message when I try to install Mantis using PostGreSQL

" Attempting to connect to database as admin BAD
Does administrative user have access to the database? ( )"

It works fine with MySQL. Can someone post the SQL query to install the tables in the PgSQL database?
