Remove issues and IDs

I had a user enter about 20 tickets that should not have been entered. Is there any way to reset my key, a script to run, that will reset all the keys in the database to the number I want to be the next ticket. Of course, I would delete the 20 tickets first.

This is database dependent, some databases allow you to explicitly reset the seed for the auto-increment fields.
