Problem installing mantis

I just grabbed 1.0.2 I went through admin/install.php and added the info about the MySQL database I set up, then hit "Install/Upgrade Database" That brought up mostly gree, but a few "possible problems" (like I didn't specify an admin user to create a database, since I'd already done that manually. It informed me that it couldn't write config.inc.php, so I did that myself. But then, the link to continue in to Mantis just takes me back to admin/install.php

It did create all the tables in the database. But all attempts to do anything are redirected to admin/install.php so I can't use it. What do I need to do to proceed?

My fault... I had config.inc.php instead of config_inc.php :)
