How do I print the project title?

If a user is viewing a specific project, I'd like to print the project title at the top of the page and also in the TITLE (of the web browser). Is there a way to do this?

I'd assume it's kind of like printing the Switch Project options, except you only display the text of the selected project. But maybe there's a function for this already?
