1.3 install error and customization subjects

Hi.

Before 4 years i have fullycustomized mantis for our company. I have changed my job and now i have to do it again for new 1.3 version. We are using it as project management solution...

I have meet some strange points. Firefox is my browser. Mysql s db and easyphp is test platform. A salt value is romerandom entered(anybody knows how to produce it on windows)

1. When firefox loads the install php it show the file as XML. it doesnt work.
2. Salt value is unknown for me now.
3. How can i hide severity and OS platform (for examples) manage fields doesnt work in 1.2.4 too.

I don't recommend to use 1.3 at the moment because there is some broken functionality. Until now there was even no Alpha available.

i m completely cannot install it. but 1.2.4 is installed several times without errors
