PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant

Hi,

in my apache log-file are many php notice from the mantis config_inc.

PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant OFF - assumed 'OFF' in D:\\Webdaten\\apache\\htdocs_support\\mantis\\config_inc.php on line 399

I have all the constant in my config_inc write into the '-mark, but then mantis works not correctly.
And with google and the forum-search i can't find a answer.

Can help some one?

What version of mantis are you using?
