Hi,
I would like to receive e-mails for all new issues that are reported to all projects.
I verified that e-mail works: the guy who submits a problem receives e-mail (also I'm admin on the server so I see in the mail-log what mail goes out).
I added my user to all projects:
manage -> manage users -> manage accounts -> [my account] -> select all projects under "Unassigned Projects:" and then add them with access right administrator.
Now when a user reports a problem I would expect to see a message but none are send. What am I doing wrong?

Choose Manage -> Manage Configuration -> E-mail Notifications
In row "Status changes to 'new'" check the checkbox for the access level which should receive email (maybe manager)
The managers who don't like this have to disable the email in their personal settings.
