dropdown list to select a user to monitor

Hi,

To add a user to monitor a bug, a text field is available. Is it possible (and how) to replace it by a drop down list instead, showing all the users which are attached to the project ?

I've found this request whilst looking for exactly the same thing.

Any ideas whether this input field can be changed to a populated dropdown of users?
