How to Update column of 'CSV column' for 'CSV export'?

Hi,

I am using Mantis 1.2.8 version.
I have to customize the 'CSV column' of 'Manage column' for 'CSV export'. All the columns which will be displayed in 'All Available Columns' including 'Custom fields' should be automatically added into 'CSV column'

I know that Administer can do this activities manually, but It should be automatically added in 'csv column' so that any point of time, when administer creates any custom field, he/she would not required to update these columns once again.

Kindly suggest?
