Display "Change status to" for all users

I would like to put the button "Change status to" for all users (or at least some). I didn't succeed to configure it correctly.
Can you please suppoort me on this.

I were searching how to configure the display of "Change status to" in the forum.

Finally, I found the solution.
Just configure "update_bug_status_threshold" in configuration page.
