Hi all, I've been a long time fan and user of Mantis Bug Tracker. I'm currently running it as the primary bug tracker for my organisation.
We've just switched from using Subversion to GIT and I thought I'd revisit the painful area of integrating source control.
We run Mantis on Windows Server 2008 and IIS 7.5 and it all works very well indeed. We used to run VisualSVN Server for Subversion but now the painful process of getting GIT going on the server has finally been done using a SSH server and Git+GitExtensions. So I now have my GIT repositories locally available to Mantis, they are on the same server.
I know about the source control plugins by John Reese but they only support Gitweb and Github. I've tried to get Gitweb working on IIS but gave up quite quickly on that and so now I'm left without integration. It would seem that it would be easy to query the local GIT repository for info instead of going via a webpage, but alas I have not come across such a thing.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me?
Many thanks,
Gareth.
