email configuration settings on mantis

Hi, I am new with mantis bug tracker and can you please assist me with setting up the email configuration as well as a step by step guide if possible.

Thanks, im struggling to actually find the config_inc.php file where I can edit it. How do I go about doing this

You searched all disks and did not find this file?
This file is created during installation.
Does this mean that you even didn't install MantisBT until now?

I found the file but now my problem is that Im not sure which parts to edit because the manual guide is the same as the file. Do I have to insert all the emails I want to receive notifications in the file?
