Mantis admin is displayed while assigning a defect

Hi,
While assigning a defect in the drop down Assign to the Mantis admin names(sdcadmin and sdcadmin1) are displayed eventhough they are not added for the project . How to disable the mantis admin from the assign to drop down box
We are using 1.2.15 version of Mantis

Goto page Manage > Mange Configurations > Workflow Thresholds
Uncheck administrator in row "Handle an issue"
