Email not working!

I manage the page's bugs of my work, but recently there are some users that when they create new account in bugs, these don't receive mail confirmation for can login to Mantis.

Does it mean that just some users got the problem, but it works fine for other users?

The problem is all The new users when create an account not received the email- confirmation for get your password.. (the old users no have problem..) the problem is for the new users that no received the mail confirmation and they can't log on in the bugs page. (They don't received your password)

I supposed that the email confirmation maybe arrive in spam folder, but they say me that no received nothing in your email.

In configuration I don't change any (Administrator is my user)

- Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
- Installed plugins or custom functions ?
- Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?
- did you check logs of webserver, operating system, mail server, ..., are there any errors or warnings when a user signs up?
