Mantis with Postgresql does not accept settings

Hello,

I'm not able to configure Mantis to access Postgresql, the following error occurs:
Attempting to connect to database as admin BAD
Does administrative user have access to the database? (Database connection failed)
I tested with version 1.2.17 and the 1.3 Dev version, the same error occurs.
Can anyone help me.
