Import/Export XML (customized fields)

Greetings,
I use MantisBT 1.2.19, schema 183, and the plugin Import / Export bugs 1.0.
I want to import tickets in a new base using XML export of tickets with the plugins, but i'm unable to get customized fields in the export.
This plugin seems able to import only XML format. When using CSV or EXCEL export, I see the customized fields (after changes in Rows Management), but they can't be imported with the plugin.
In the XML export associated with the plugin, the customized fields don't appear.
I have set my customized file as "needed for all" (4 options) => no change.
In rows management, there is no field for XML rows
And i don't know where to customize the export/import plugin relative to my specific fields.
May you help me to solve this issue?

This is not possible with your version, but will be in future versions.

I use MantisBT 1.2.14. I am trying to import issues from Excel but all my efforts are in vain.
