Does it cost for licencing of Mantis bug tracker?

I have recently deployed Mantis Bug tracker on a standalone webserver for trial. The experience has been great and now I want to deploy it on a broader aspect meaning, it will be used by several users located in several countries. My question is, does it cost for the licencing of Mantis bug tracker? If, yes then how to go about it?
