I have two users that are having a weird issue with Mantis that is causing them to have to use other computers to report bugs. When they select on 'report issue' they are prompted to select a project. When they do they just keep getting the same page asking them to select a project. Even if they select a project in the dropdown in the upper right hand corner, they still get this page.
I've checked their account settings, cleared their caches, deleted cookies. I cannot figure out for the life of me why its not working. anyone have any ideas on what could be happening or suggestions on how to resolve the issue? Thanks

I'm wiht the same problem!!
Hi!
I'm with this same problem, but if I clean the browser cache, it works fine for a while and then it backs again...
I've noticed that this only happens with Firefox. Using IE in the same machine works fine.

this is a custom firefox problem!
i cant exactly say why firefox cant handle caching of this single site, but there is a "simple" solution for it! just change the firefox cache-settings on "look for a new version at every call" by setting "browser.cache.check_doc_frequency" to "1" in about:config
greets,
Fatal

Doesn't worked
Thanks for your answer.
I did this on two machines and doesn't worked...
Now even if I clean up the cache and cookies the problem still there...
In the meanwhile I'm using the IE Tab extension to workaround this.
Someone can repeat this in other browsers so we can figure out if it's just a Firefox related problem?

Re: Unable to select a project when reporting a bug
Updating this: it doesn't happen anymore with Firefox 3.0!
