Extend the box of a custom field

Hello,

Is is possible to extend the box of a custom field ? For example the box of description is bigger than other box.

I want to do the same for other custom field where text is gone be inputted

You have to use custom field type "Textarea" for it.

These type of field is not present in my version ( 1.2.19 ) ?

Is these an option available only for later versions ?

Textarea field type has been introduced in version 1.3
