Can't find Login_Page.php

After installation, i am redirected to login_page.php file. But i checked my installation folder for mantis and can't find this file anywhere. Where can i get one?

Are you sure there were no problems with the download? Do you have the link that you downloaded from so that we can see if we have the same issue?

I believe the download file for the mirror "ASIA -> Ishikava, Japan" has this problem. I downloaded from the Australian mirror and it has the requisite file.
