How to get an email notification when a new issue is entered for a project

I'm looking for some way that when a new issue is created in a project, I can have Mantis send an email out to the correct people. I suspect it's part of the global security (admin, manager, reporter) and the project level security as I probably have more than one issue at play.
IF anyone has a suggestion as to where to look in terms of settings, I'd appreciate it!
