Unable to view or download attachements(images)

After PHP and Apache update, i'm unable to view or download attachments (images). I'm able to upload attachments. I'm unable to find any relevant solution for this issue. I'm attaching the screenshot of the error and mantis version info. Kindly let me know if you need any more info.

P.s: i'm not facing the fileinfo issue that @duongnvm he faced.

There are various known issues using PHP 8.x and MantisBT 2.24.x that have been fixed in later versions.
Your issue might be fixed after upgrading to latest stable version (2.25.5 at the moment)

I have updated the Mantis and now it is working. Now, i'm not receiving emails. Kindly guide me about this

First run <yourMantisUrl>admin/check/index.php and fix any errors you might get.
After that start email troubleshooting by reading viewtopic.php?t=15398
