I have created several accounts for my clients. They are submitting bugs and they claim they are reciving email normally. Administrators, however, are not.
All projects are private.
Administrator's are all with the company and have email hosted on the same server as the Mantis installation. Clients generally are hosted on another server, so I know the problem isn't with email routing.
Any thoughts?
