Attach files to an existing ticket

Hey guys,

We started to use mantis 2.26.3

We don't have the possibility to attach any file to an existing ticket. Only when someone opening a new one, there is an option to add.
If we have an already existing ticket, we can only attach files in comment.

Do you know what could be the solution? With old version we had no such problems.

There is a section "Add Note" that should include a part "Upload Files".
