Hey everyone,
After updating MantisBT from version 2.25.2 to 2.25.6, I have encountered an issue where deleting a ticket results in a white bright screen. When I click the delete button, the system redirects to the bug_actiongroup.php page but stays background white. I suspect something might have gone wrong during the update, but I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting.
My current setup involves MantisBT running on XAMPP, hosted on a Windows AWS server. Although IIS is installed on the server, MantisBT is not configured to run on it, could IIS settings still interfere with the system? I have also checked the browser console for errors, but nothing shows up, and all ad blockers are disabled.
Any suggestions to solve this white background issue?

Why did you update to the outdated 2.25.6 but not to the latest stable one 2.27.0 or at least 2.25.8?
As a first step, I recommend to check the web server (Apache) logs for errors.
Which XAMPP / PHP version are you using?
