Email Notifications and Project Assignments

Help.
I have 5 users and each user have their own corresponding default project but they're assigned to all projects.
Is it possible for users to get email notifications by their default projects only and only those issues that are assigned to them from a different project?
How can I do this?

Set projects to private and assigning the user to his specific project might help. You may have to adjust the email-Notification-setting though.

I would have these projects as private, then provides these users with developer projects for the projects that they don't own (or not their main project) and manager access to their own project. You can send setup email notifications to send all new bugs to "manager" access level. This way you will achieve what you need.

Thanks for the replies. I managed to configure the settings so that the developers will be notified by their default projects only even though they are assigned to multiple projects but still, they can only receive email notifications from other projects if the issue is assigned to them.

That part is resolved.

I have another question.

How can I change the settings so that the reporter can also receive email notifications but still retain the previous settings of the developer as mentioned above?

here are new my preferred settings:
* Managers (assigned to all projects) - receive all email notifications (resolved)
* Developers (assigned to all projects) - receive notifications for:
a) their default project (resolved)
b) issues from other projects that are assigned to them (resolved)
* Reporter (assigned to 1 project only) - receive email notifications from their project

ahh fugedaboudit..
i only had to change the default notify flags min settings to reporter..
