Migrating from MSSQL to PostGres

Hi There,
I am looking to move my Mantis installation from MSSQL on server A to PostGres on server B.
Mantis version is 1.0.6 on MSSQL and to make it easier I will move it to 1.0.6 on Postgres.
Any ideas / recommendations / tools.

Did you consider exporting the SQL from MS SQL, tweaking it and then importing it into PostgreSQL?
