Reporters to close bug

I need that a REPORTER user could close a bug that is opened by a DEVELOPER user, Is that possible?

How can I do that?

There is a flag to allow a reporter to close their own issues, but not specifically what you are looking for.

If you need this, please file an issue in the tracker at http://bugs.mantisbt.org/ .
