Upgrading from 1.0.x to 1.1.0a4

I've been using mantis since the 0.18 days on personal and work projects and I think it's a fantastic tool. I've been pushing lately to use Mantis full-time in my new development group since informally we've been using an existing (private) installation of 1.0.6.

I realize that 1.1.0rc1 will be released sometime soon. I'd very much prefer to begin our Mantis setup on the 1.1.x branch as opposed to the 1.0.x branch simply because the Roadmap feature is very attractive to our group. (As opposed to starting with 1.0.8 and upgrading once 1.1.0 is finished going through release candidates.)

I've looked around on the forum and in the 1.1.0a4 archive, but I can't find any definitive information about an upgrade process from 1.0.x to 1.1.x other than overwriting the php files and running the existing upgrade script (Could someone please confirm whether this is accurate?)

Is there currently an upgrade path from 1.0.x to 1.1.0a4? NOTE: There is only English data in the database.

If there isn't, can we expect an upgrade path to be provided for 1.0.x to 1.1.0rc1 when it comes out?

i prefer Rc version. Coz i also have to translate to turkish.
