Hello, I have got a little user-rights-question. I hope you can help me or give me a hint. Here it is:
I want my user to report an Issue. Most of them know the developers and who is responsible for the different kinds of issues. The problem is, that most of the issues where produced by the reporters so that they want to set the "view status" of new bugs to private. So far, so good. But you can only assign a bug to a "developer" and a "developer" is always able to see all the bugs even the "private" ones.
Is there a possibility to hide "private" bugs from "developers" who are not assigned to the bug? "Managers" and "administrators" should have the continuing ability to watch all bugs.

This isn't possible right now (on 1.0.0). Please submit a feature request at http://bugs.mantisbt.org/ . There are some similar requests.
