Change status and adding note + Image

Hello,
Regulary, i change the status to "Waiting" and i write a message in the note but i can't add a picture at the same time.

I have to do the manip in two step.
1- Add the Note and the image using "add a note" at the bottom of the discussion.
2- Change the status to "Waiting".

Is there a way to do this two opération at the same time ?
