Hello,

I am using Mantis 2.26.1-dev
As admin I can export the entries as Word or HTML which works as it should. Perfect.
I'd like to send this file to a customer.
Unfortunately all entries (incl. private notes) are included. Is there a way to exclude private notes?
It would have been a help, if they were marked as "private" - then I would manually delete them.

Or is there a way to add the option "Print Report" to the customer directly (Access Level: reporter)? Since they can't access private notes with this access level, I guess, they wouldn't be exported. Currently this access level has "CSV export" and "Excel Export" only.

There is option $g_print_reports_threshold (default UPDATER).
Set it to REPORTER
