Email Reporting 0.10.1 Category Issue

Hello,

I've just installed the Email Reporting 0.10.1 plugin. When I navigate to `/plugin.php?page=EmailReporting/manage_mailbox` I get "Application Error #1502 Category not found."

The full error output is in the attached screenshot.

What category do I need to add/modify?

I suspect you are using a pretty up-to-date MantisBT version.

Yes! Using the dev version fixed it.
