Issue Viewer plugin

Hi,

i was looking into functionality that would display who looked at an issues last, at what time (and maybe how many times) , and "Issueviewers" looked like a perfect fit.

However, that specific plugin is 13+ years old, using mantiscore 1.2 , so that won't work out of the box these days.

Is there a different plugin that accomplishes this ?
