Upgrade to 1.1.0 - MySQL Version to old

Hi,

I tried to upgrade my current Mantis 1.0.8 installation to 1.1.0.

The system check reported that MySQL needs to be v4.1 or higher (currently 4.0.27), altough system requirements for Mantis say that 4.0 is ok.

As my provider is not willing to upgrade MySQL to a higher version, I would like know what problems will apear, if I install it anyway (it's easy to remove the Mysql-version-check from the installation code).

Or is ther any other way to upgrade?
