Time tracking not saved

Hi, I have problem/question. I'm able to enter Time tracking value by entering it via Note in Viewing Issue Advanced Details.
But when I want to change status of issue to resolved in Resolve Issue window and enter there also Time tracking value (which is visible in that window), Time is not not saved. I tried enter any value but non was saved even status of issue was properly changed to resolved.
Can anybody help with it?

That time is saved only when I enter also text of note. But if I let it empty and enter inly Time Tracking, it's not saved. Can it be somehow fixed?

Looks like a bug. I think this issue was discovered sometime ago. Not sure whether it was fixed or not and in which release. We may have fixed it and reverted the fix because it introduced another bug. Please search the bug tracker and add comments or report bug as appropriate.
