Couldnot submit case in v.1.2.0a

i think there is something wrng with the latest development version.
when try to submit the case the submitt button goes inactive and notthing happens..
i am on a VISTA PC and using IE 7.0

does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue

I change the version back to one or two revisions to have it working back.

im already using 1.1.0 and its working fine..
some of the functionalities in v.1.2.0a1 are pretty god thats why i wanted to upgrade..
