Character Encoding

Hi there,

I am able to install Mantis 1.0.0.a3 and configure it with TRADITION CHINESE layout. However, it seems that it cannot store CHINESE characters in the database (MySQL 4.1).

I've check the charset for tables, e.g. mantis_bug_table, which is UTF-8.

Actually nothing is stored, e.g. the field "summary" if it is CHINESE. How to solve it ?
