Error 401 after upgrading from 0.17.5 to 1.0.0.3a

Hello,

I upgraded mantis 0.17.5 to 1.0.0.3a.
I performed the content of the page /admin/install.php but when i logged into mantis i receive the following error "APPLICATION ERROR #401 ERREUR : Echec de la requête de base de données.
"
that's to say failure request to database in french.

I almost sure that's relating to lnguage settings.

Does someone know the error.

Have you run the database upgrade? (wait, that doesn't work :0 ). See #5858 for a workaround.
