Reported Issue is Delayed (?)

hello

this problem was just reported recently. whenever a user adds a bug it does not display immediately in the "View Issues" page. So users tend to create another one and when they do, the previous issue they have reported is also displayed, resulting in multiple similar reported issues.

is this problem new? actually I myself haven't seen this problem in action because it was just reported by clients and that's all! it was given to me and when I tried checking it, the bugs I have reported are displayed immediately.

do we have any idea about this problem? thanks for replies!

Is this with Mantis 1.1.2?

If yes, there are some issue with the browser cache that resulting in displaying the wrong page (so use Refresh button of your browser).
