New event, plugin system for 1.2.0a2

Will you add an event triggered when a picture is displayed ?

It could be something like EVENT_DISPLAY_PICTURE ( Chain ) which allow use to change the <img /> tags.

Or maybe there is already something which allow me to do that ?

Please explain what is the scenario where you want to change the img tag and what context information would be necessary to allow you to do what you need.
