Same bug ID´s for different projects

Hello All,

I´m a new Mantis user and I have noticed that Mantis uses the same bug ID for all projects I have created, for example, if I log a bug against project "A", it will receive the ID #000001, after when I log a new bug but now against another project, let´s say "B", it will receive the bug ID #000002.

I would like to know if there is a way of having bug ID´s also considering projects in a way that it would be possible to have, for example, the bug ID #000001 for both projects "A" and "B".

No, the idea is that every issue has its own unique ID. That way it's never unclear which issue is meant when using only the ID.
