Email from Assigner to Assignee

Hi All,

We have customized the Mantis system to our document circulation workflow.

I wanted to know how to configure the mail setting to sent/receive the email only between ‘Assigner’ and ‘Assignee’ users (not groups). Please advice.

Not sure what you are asking exactly since there is no Assigner for an issue as any manager and usually any developer can assign an issue, but doing so does not make that person the Assigner for that issue. There is just the Reporter and the Assignee. Anyways, what you probably want is somewhere on the Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Email Notifications page. If it can be done, those options will be part if not all of the solution.
