Error occurs during sending emails

I have installed Mantis and it has work without problems. Email notifications also have sent. But now error occurs during sending messages after changing defect state or adding notes.

Following errors are displayed:
PROBLEMS SENDING MAIL TO: <e-mail>
Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Data not accepted.
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 180 seconds exceeded in C:\mantis\core\phpmailer\class.smtp.php on line 1018

But messages for changing password could be sent.

How could I resolve this issue?
