Hello,
I wander if it is possible to load a file with all the users at the beguinning of working with mantis (I have 250 users) and also if it is possible to do this each 15 days in order to mantain the users.

I did that but you need to have direct access to the DB, you must take care of 3 tables: mantis_user_table, mantis_user_pref_table and mantis_project_user_list_table.
