Can i use Mantis webservice interface in an application

Dear Mantis Team,

i am developer of Bug Shooting (http://www.bugshooting.com), a screenshot tool for bug tracker. I want to extend my application to make it possible to send screenshots to Mantis. I want use for this the Mantis seb service interface "http://..../api/soap/mantisconnect.php". It this the same "MantisConnect" which described on "http://www.futureware.biz/mantisconnect/" or is "http://www.futureware.biz/mantisconnect/" only a .NET wrapper? Do i need to by some licence or it is for free?

Your tool Bugshooting is very nice tool to process screen captures, but it doesn't work with Mantis (version 1.1.8 - 1.2.0).
When uploading a screenshot, it keeps asking for the password...

Can you fix this?
