Merging mantisbugtracker with a pure Powerbuilder app.

I am looking for a way to merge the mantis bugtracker with a pure powerbuilder app that I use for web submissions and tracking. I want to establish relationships between customer web submissions and bugs that I find and log inhouse. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Did you check MantisConnect?

It provides you with a webservice to allow you to integrate with Mantis. If you can create a webservice client proxy, then you can integrate it into your application.
