Problem in Excel, CSV export with german "Umlaute"

Hi.

I get some problems with german Umlaute (e.g. ll special characters) in the CSV and Excel Export. I get only "ö" instead of a "ö".

Does someone know the problem? I think it should be related to the character settings somewhere.

Still no one has an answer? i have the same problem.
ü -> ü, ö -> ö and ä -> ä

I am not able to reproduce the issue with latest stable version of MantisBT (1.2.8 at the moment)
